WWYD? – With a ‘skimmer’ at a bar

A popular type of credit card fraud is known as skimming. This occurs when a thief procures a victim’s card number using a small electronic device (skimmer) to swipe and store hundreds of victims’ card numbers.

Common scenarios for skimming are restaurants or bars where the skimmer gains possession of the victim’s payment card while it’s out of their immediate view. Watch the video to see how it happens – and why you should ALWAYS be vigilant.
