Hilarious! Comedian Goes Undercover to Test Out the ‘Gun Show Loophole’

Conservative pundit and comedian Steven Crowder decided he would conduct an experiment to see if it really is as easy to purchase automatic weapons as some liberal politicians and celebrities have claimed.

He discovered what we all know. You can’t buy a full automatic at a gun show or store. You absolutely must be background checked. You can’t walk away with a weapon with ATF approval. You can’t make a straw purchase. You must prove you’re who you say you are.

And he proved that politicians are absolutely clueless on the subject of firearms.

Wikipedia cannot be used as a reference to verify anything, because it is subject to addition or modification without being checked by anyone. It is a good source for some information but useless as a “proof” of anything. There were significant differences between the Bush Administration “wide Receiver” program and the Obama “Fast and Furious” one–the former one had much better control and monitoring but did not achieve the desired goals and was discontinued before Obama took office. It appears as if “Fast and Furious” was actually designed to fail in its stated mission, and was really an attempt to prove that Mexican cartels were using guns from the US to murder others and thus create a ground-swell of outcry to shut down gun sales here.

You disgust me. You have denigrated all who served honorably in the military, most of whom had no say in what the Administration did or how it did it, but put their lives on the line to protect our country and its citizens. Individuals serving in the military are not “part of” the system, but frequently are the ones hurt most by it. Get over yourself!

So start giving classes in firearms safety and proper use into the schools. Such training used to be done by parents, but too many years of wussification have produced several generations of parents who have no idea what to teach or how to teach (and even less desire to see that it is done). Every child should have basic firearms safety training, and it would prevent most “accidents” with guns.

Actually, what we really need is Constitutional Carry in ALL 50 states! In Texas, we’ve now had open carry for a year or so, and I have seen ONE person (without a badge) openly carrying. They have changed the name of the license from “CHL” (Concealed Handgun License) to”LTC” (License To Carry).
I personally believe we should have the right to open carry. I also believe that sometimes, just because you CAN do something, doesn’t mean you SHOULD. I will NOT open carry, simply because I don’t want to give up my advantage. If a person intends to do harm, who do you think they will take out first???

In Texas, there is no permit for carrying a weapon in your vehicle the Castle Doctrine gives everyone (who can legally OWN a gun) that right. The ONLY restriction is that it must be concealed. It can be loaded and ready to go.
Also, I CAN buy a gun, ANYWHERE, in Texas, without a background check, because when I received my CHL (now LTC), a thorough background check was done. I can NOT, however, buy one from ANY dealer, WITHOUT filling out Form 4473 (NICS). They just don’t phone it in.

Private sales are indeed, different. There ARE, however, still guidelines that must be followed. There are THREE steps that must be taken for an individual to sell a firearm to another individual in Texas. You must verify AGE. You must verify RESIDENCE. You can check those two with a valid Texas driver’s license. You must also ask if they have ever been convicted of a felony. The first two, you must confirm. The third is “asked and answered.” You must ask, but don’t have to verify. For that reason, it’s a good idea to do a bill of sale, especially if it’s someone you don’t know well.

The problem with liberals is that there are so many who are willing to make up lies, false statistics, and ‘alternative’ history when they’re engaging in a debate. It’s the old “ends justifying the means” tactic. And why not? They have a complicit news media who won’t do any fact checking as long as you have the crucial “D” after your name.

As soon as the lie is told, other liberals pick it up and repeat it all over the news and internet… until virtually all liberals are spouting the same lies like well trained parrots. When asked to show proof, they cite all manner of leftist websites repeating the same garbage, but providing no proof. You then have to dig your way back to the originator and find (real) data and facts prove them wrong. Even then, most liberals are in total denial and will believe the lies, even when proof is staring them in the face.

If the price of the gun is too good to be true I WOULD NOT BUY the gun because it is probably stolen. You don’t want to be caught with a stolen gun even if you bought it because you could be charged with receiving stolen property.
